Sidelines Sports, proudly stands behind our products:

• Flavoured mouthguards should last the season.
• Garments should last the season.

If you feel there is an issue, please follow the steps listed below.

All Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date.

All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging.

A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to returned item(s), once received and verified.

Returning an Item

STEP 1: Please call 1 800 265-3782 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you clearly mark your Order# and RA number on the outside of the package.

STEP 2: Fill out the form on the ‘Feedback’ page referencing the RA #.

STEP 3: Return the item with its original packaging to:
