Shipping & Returns



Sidelines Sports ships anywhere in the Canada. Confirmed orders to ship within 3 business days under normal circumstances.


Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will also begin processing on the following business day.  We do not offer Saturday delivery.


Large and/or heavy items are subject to additional shipping charges. 


Sidelines Sports currently offers International Shipping on a limited basis of limited products via UPS.  Purchaser is responsible for al Shipping, Taxes, Duties and Brokerage costs as applicable.


Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don't receive the confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting your order contact customer service at 905-820-4500.



Product Return Information

All Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item(s).  A 20% re-stocking fee, plus the original shipping fee of $9.99 if you received free shipping, will be applied to returned item(s), once received and verified.

Returning an Item

STEP 1: Please call 905-820-4500 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you clearly mark your Order# and RA number on the outside of the package.

STEP 2: Fill out the form on the ‘Feedback’ page referencing the RA #.

STEP 3: Return the item at your cost with its original packaging to: Returns Department:
