Broke on my first match

I’ve followed all the steps to mold my wrap and the left broke the first match I’ve played. Got not follow up on the email I sent the same night it broke, i.e. march 26th, wich states the following:

Hello, I’ve followed all steps to shape my skate wrap, but one of them chipped during my first game, less then 12 jours after I molded.

Can I get a replacement kit for the one broken please?
